So this is a before and after pic showing u how much ur body can change in just 2 days. The before is my post vacation body eating whatever, mostly starchy and sugary foods and not working out and believe it or not I was flexing really hard. This is the face of someone who just lost a bet…the challenge was to finish 500, real chest-to-the floor man pushups in under 1 hour - I made it to 406 in an hour and finished 500 in an hour and 23 minutes, so basically I just lost money and now I can’t even lift my arms…but at least I can say I did 500 pushups….never EVER will i do that again!!! #fitness #pushups #death #exhausted #motivation #workoutflow #gymgrind #muscles #body #armday #chest #tired #needfood #why #crazy #lol
